CVS Kidney Care

Designing for Empathy, Education,
and Empowerment

Created a human-centered digital experience for a major brand’s new kidney care venture—focused on at-home education and support. I led UX and visual design to deliver a launch-ready platform that emphasized empathy and accessibility. Though the client later halted the initiative, the design was successfully completed and launched.
